Our Q. CREW would like to celebrate the support of the QMS students! When you purchase popcorn from us then we are able to donate some profits to charity. We wanted to let you know that we have donated $200 to Cat Carma Rescue to help purchase cat food and supplies. Also, we donated $200 to Ridgewood Veterans Centre to aid in the purchase of fidget and weighted blankets for our elderly veterans. Thank you so much for your support.
Next up, we will be organizing a Water Walk for Tuesday, June 18th. More info to come. Also, a Shout Out to Owen who has been reading earth friendly tips this month on the announcements. He is another one of our valued CREW members. Thanks Owen!
Any girls who are interested in learning how to play Flag Football are invited to sign up on the sheets outside the gym. We are currently gathering interest to see how many girls would like to participate in a girls only club. Depending on the amount of interest and the availability of coaches and supervisors, a decision will be made and communicated in the coming days. There will be a co-ed Flag Football team, details for that sign up will come out later in the year.
There will be a math competition meeting (tomorrow) Tuesday, April 30 period 3 in Mrs. Foleys room.
Could the following students see Mr. Morrison at break, in the upstairs resource room, room 204: Kayden Burns, Matthew Ozkaynak, Hudson Sherwood, Olivia Turner, and Sarah Watson.
