​The following is the Exam Schedule for January 2017.


Monday, Jan. 23rd         9:00am     – Period 2 All Grades

                                      1:00pm     – Period 3 All Grades


Tuesday, Jan. 24th         9:00am    – Period 4 All Grades

                                       1:00pm    – ELPR Grade 11 & 12 (Writing)


Wednesday, Jan. 25th     9:00am    – Period 5 All Grades

                                        1:00pm     – Extra Time ELPA/R

 

Thursday, Jan. 26th        9:00am     – Period 6 All Grades


Friday, Jan. 27th            9:00am      – Weather Day / Make-up Day

 

*Students write exams in their subject classrooms.

**If school is cancelled the exam schedule advances to the next day.

*** There will be no school for students on January 30th and 31st.  Second semester begins on Wednesday, February 1st.  Students are to report to their Period 1 homeroom at 9:00am.

Rules for Exams:

 
On Monday, January 23rd, 2017, we begin exams for students in grades 9 through 12.  All exams begin at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM.  Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 students write in their subject classroom.
 
All exams are one hour or two hours long.  Students writing a one hour exam must stay the full hour.  Students writing a two hour exam must stay 1 ½ hrs.  After 1 ½ hours, they may leave when they finish the exam.  There are to be absolutely no cell phones, MP3’S or electronic devices in classrooms or corridors during exams.
 
School buses will operate at the usual time.  Students are encouraged to arrange transportation so that they do not have to wait several hours for bus transportation home.
 
If a student misses an exam due to illness, the student must get a medical excuse from a doctor.  If this is not done, the student will lose the value of the exam.
