Forest Hills School

We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities

June 1st, 2018

This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School.

We’d like to give a big shout out to our Soapbox Derby Team.  Noah Burns did an awesome job as driver, but couldn’t have done it without his fantastic and hardworking pit crew!  Thank you to all of our volunteers.  What a fun day!

We just had both our last Home and School and PSSC meetings last night.  We’d like to that our volunteers and members who serve on these important committees.  We really appreciate your support!

We are very excited for our Night of the Arts this Tuesday, June 5th starting at 6PM. Hillsong and drama performers should be here by 5:30.  Come and see your children singing, act, and display their art work.  We’ll end the night with our Teacher Band.  A guaranteed fun night for the family!

Please don’t forget the Wednesday, June 6th will be a half day for students.  We will start dismissing students at 11:30.

Congratulations to Lisa MacDonald who was the winner of a $100 Irving gift card.  Ciara Freeze was our ticker seller.  Thank you for supporting our grade 8 trip.

Remember Falcons, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe!

Have a lovely weekend,

Mrs. Savoie
