​Congratulations to James Hughes who was selected as Simonds High School student of the week for the week of April 16th to April 20th, 2018.  James is a stand out student and not just for his academic ability.  His marks reflect his natural intelligence, as he has high honours in all of his courses.  James is an independent learner, who contributes to class discussion with an ability to explain himself that is above average.  He completes his work, often ahead of everyone else, and often without much instruction.  Aside from strong academics,  it is his mind, his thoughtfulness, his willingness to help others, and his easy nature that make him more than just a great student, but more importantly a great person. Simonds Pride Continues with James Hughes…
