Personal Items Retrieval Plan
Students
requiring personal items from their lockers will have the opportunity to do so
on Tuesday, May 5th and Wednesday, May 6th.
Due to the
health concerns related to COVID-10 strict guidelines must be obeyed and
social/physical distancing must be adhered to.
Schedule
for student entry into building:
Tuesday, May 5th:
8:00am to 9:00am- only Grade 11 and 12 students with
compromised immune systems (health issues).
9:00am to 10:30am- Grade 12 students, last name beginning
with A to L.
10:30am to 12:00pm- Grade 12 students, last names
beginning with M to Z.
12:30pm to 2:00pm- Grade 11 students, last name beginning
with A to L.
2:00pm to 3:30pm- Grade 11 students, last name beginning
with M to Z.
Wednesday, May 6th:
8:00am to 9:00am- only Grade 9 and 10 students with
compromised immune systems (health issues).
9:00am to 10:30am- Grade 10 students, last name beginning
with A to L.
10:30am to 12:00pm- Grade 10 students, last name
beginning with M to Z.
12:30pm to 2:00pm- Grade 9 students, last name beginning
with A to L.
2:00pm to 3:30pm- Grade 9 students, last name beginning
with M to Z.
*5:00pm to 6:30pm- students unable to make their
scheduled time (please email Gary Keating for approval, as this will be limited
to special circumstances).
Rules:
Reminder: only students requiring items from their
lockers will be permitted into the school.
Only one person (the student) will be permitted to enter.
Stay outside, 2 meters apart, until you are instructed to
come in.
Before entering read the questionnaire sheet on the doors
re: COVID-19.
Student must enter through D lobby doors (gym) or through
C lobby doors (main office).
Wash your hands at assigned washrooms.
Go directly to your locker and retrieve personal items.
Bring your own bags and make sure you know your locker
combination.
Leave your locker open when finished and lock the lock on
the locker latch.
You must exit the school through B building or A building
doors.
*No items are to be dropped of at the school at this
time.
