2018 Future Health Research and Innovation Scholarship, $2500
To be considered for one of three Gurure Heatlh Reasearch and Innovation Scholarships, Gr. 12 students in the Maritimes must intend on continuing their education at a Maritime post-secondary institution (college or university) in a field that will enhance research and/or innovation in health care.
Requires a cover letter, essay, letters of recommendation, and transcripts.

Criteria – first year attendance at any University in the Atlantic Province or first year attendance in a two year program of NBCC, excepting when the
desired academic program is not available in the region.
Must be a child or legal ward of members and deceased members, or members in good standing, of a local union affiliated with the NBFL.
