Loran Award
Value: $100,000
Criteria:The Loran award supports promising young Canadians who show strength of character and a commitment to service in their communities, challenging them to fully realize their leaders​hip potential. There are up to 36 scholarships valued at $100, 000 over 4 years. Interested applicants can apply as a sponsored applicant or direct pool. Sponsored applicants are applicants who have expressed interest in being sponsored and have been chosen as a sponsored applicant by their school. Each school can sponsor up to 3 applicants.

Schulich Leader Scholarship

Criteria: You must be nominated by your guidance counsellor by January 30, 2024. Every high school in Cananda can submit one nomination. The student must be studying Engineering and/or studing in one of the other STEM disciplines - science, technology or mathematics.

Criteria: Applicants must be First Nations, Metis or Inuit and be in their grade 12 year at a high school in Atlantic Canada. Candidates must have a 75% average or higher and be entering a health care related field.

The Royal Firefighters Association has a scholarship available to family members of firefighters in the Royal Fire association.  They have  26 departments that cover southern New Brunswick from roughly Pt. Lepreau to Havelock to Gagetown. The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception  Scholarship
The Catherdral of the Immaculate Conception  will be offering a special scholarship, named after Bishop Louis Connolly, who built the Cathedral and founded the Sisters of Charity of the Immaculate Conception.  Applications for this scholarship can be picked up in the Parish Office and must be returned by May31, 2024.

Solve Your Debts Scholarship

Every year, SolveYourDebts.com offers a number of $1,000 scholarships to post-secondary students across Atlantic Canada. Having strong financial literacy skills is crucial to future financial freedom, and our scholarship aims to provide students with the tools to minimize their post-secondary debt and to use credit wisely. Our scholarship opens every February.

This program offers an annual bursary of $2,000 in support of foster children to help them attend post-secondary schools and to offer a hand up as they make their way forward in life.

​Royal United Services Institute of New Brunswick Bursary
Must be an active member of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve unit or a Cadet unit.  Must also be attending post-secondary in the fall and be in financial need.  You will need to show evidence of leadership, or volunteer work at school, work or in the community.  Applications are in Guidance.

Ladies Auxiliary Council 6595 Bursary

4 bursaries are available with a value of $300.00 each.  Must be attending post-secondary, write a letter explaining community involvement, hobbies, interests and why you are a deserving candidate.  Must have someone in your family who belongs to the Knights of Columbis 6595 or the Ladies Auxiliary 6595.
