RBC/Saint John Community Foundation Future Launch Grant

Congratulations to our Climate Action Team who are the recipients of a $30000 grant to support initiatives at HVHS to reduce the environmental impact of our food consumption – and to decrease food insecurity among our students.  Many great initiatives will be implemented thanks to the leadership of these students.


 

Saint John Santa Claus Parade

Congratulations to our students and staff who created and designed our school float in last weekend’s Sant Claus Parade.  For the second year in a row, Harbour View was awarded Best School Float!

HVHS Strings students in concert

Please mark this date on your calendars!! Sunday, December 8 at 2pm at Saint John High School. This concert features all string students in the school string program, all orchestras and the SJHS Concert choir. It will be an afternoon of beautiful music. Admission is $2 for audience. 


 

Grad Class 2020 Indigo Fundraiser

 

Two ways to support:

E-Gift cards can be emailed to you OR the recipient.  They can be printed or used electronically.  Grad Class 2020 gets a 15% cash kickback from all E-Gift card sales.  These make a perfect gift!

 

2.  Visit the Indigo (East Point Saint John) store on November 28th from 6 – 9 pm and Indigo will donate 3% of ALL in-store sales to the HVHS grad class!

Wellness Week

Thank you to Mrs. Scott and her Wellness Committee for organizing our second Wellness Week of the year.  This week students had the option of starting Monday with Study Hall or a guided Mindfulness session in the auditorium (connected with one of our Positive Learning Environment Plan goals of Mental Fitness and Resilience).  This Committee does so much to add to the positive environment at HVHS!


 

November 22 – Professional Learning Day

This Friday, November 22, is a Professional Learning Day for school staff.  There is no school for students on this day.​
