​Parent-Teacher Meetings

Just a reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place virtually (via Teams) Thursday evening (4:30 – 7:30pm) and Friday morning (9:00am – 12:00pm).  You can schedule meetings by visiting the school website (hvhs.nbed.nb.ca) and clicking on the Parent/Teacher Conference icon on the right-hand side – or by using this link:

You do not require a Teams account to join the meetings, but if you are using a mobile device you will need the free Microsoft Teams app downloaded. 

To book your appointment(s), visit the site, select the date from the calendar, and then find the staff member in the drop-down list.  This will then update their times which are still available. 

You will notice that the staff list is not in alphabetical order.  This, unfortunately, is due to the program schools are using this year for bookings – and currently we cannot fix that.

If a teacher does not have times remaining, please email them in order to set up a time to discuss your student’s progress.

Meetings must be scheduled in advance – minimum 4 hours prior to the schedule appointment.

Grad Class of 2021 News

1. SOUP FUNDRAISER UPDATE:  All graduates will be bringing home a Mitchell’s Soup brochure and order form for the fall fundraising campaign.  The brochure is attached here: Grad Class 2021 Soup Fundraiser Brochure.pdf   Money is due at time of order.  Cheques can be made payable to HVHS.  Order forms are due NO LATER THAN the following dates:
   Monday, November 30^th (M – Z Grads)
   Tuesday, December 1^st (A – L Grads)
   Orders can regretfully not be submitted after the December 1^st deadline.  Please forward any inquiries or bulk orders to nancy.lyon@nbed.nb.ca

1. GRAD CLOTHING:  Class of 2021 fashions are now available for order!  Please check out social media to view the items available and for pricing:  maroon crew neck, white kangaroo pouch hoodie, maroon t-shirt, heathered maroon t-shirt, and sweatpants.  All items will be screenprinted with a white or maroon Class of 2020 logo, and are available in unisex sizing XS – 2XL. 
   A selection of sizes for each article will be available for viewing in the main hall at lunch hour; please encourage your grad to check them out!  Grads can place their orders in person (cash or cheque payable to HVHS) or through Cashless Schools (stay tuned for more information). ​
